Behaviour

Burman has a caring but purposeful ethos, where children are encouraged to try their best and learn to respect the thoughts and feelings of others.  We believe that high standards of behaviour help the children to develop positive attitudes towards their school and community.  Good behaviour is encouraged through praise and a range of rewards consistently supported throughout the school.  The children have opportunities to take responsibility and enjoy being helpers around school.
